This came up in a game and was not sure how to run it.
Zoanthrope had cast invisibility on a brood so all enemy are treated as WS1. They were charged by an elder psychic who had cast that power that eventually kills him but makes him a beast in CC(can't remember the name and have no codex). The power alters his stat line as well as giving some other bonuses. Stat line is altered as follows: WS+5 BS+5 I+5 A+2 If there are any other stats increased I forget but the WS is the only one important for this Question.
What is the Eldar's WS treated as for the combat? WS1 or WS6(1+5from power) I leaned towards WS1 but my opponent wants it to be WS6...

WS1. Look at page, like, 4 (or somewhere right at the beginning) for the rules on Modifiers. You multiply, then add, then go to set values. Since WS1 is a set value, it takes effect last.

That's correct. It also brings up an interesting quandary between Invisibility and the Tau's Counterfire Defense System... the CDF is a set value (fires Overwatch at BS 2), while Invisibility is also a set value (fires at BS1). I wonder if it would be determined by a roll-off, or by the player whose turn it is choosing the order that the modifiers are applied in (which would mean BS1 since it would be the non-Tau player's turn).

I don't think invisibilty affects overwatch, just ws and gives stealth/shrouded. So you'd get bs2 in that case.

Correct, Invisible units just get +3 to their cover saves due to Stealth and Shrouded. And to the OPs question, the Eldar guy would strike at the Invisible unit at WS1. But let's say the Eldar unit was locked with an Invisible and a non-Invisible unit, if he struck at the non-Invisible unit he'd be WS5 (he can see those guys).

Judt a note. Zoanthropes are ML1 with 2 rolls. They cannot cast invis

the reason he makes all enemys WS1 is because there trying to strike a enamy that they cant see so even if he had a modifyer he still is at WS1
