This is the latest rendition of my Iron Warrior list, using Codex Space Marines though to allow me access to some of my newly converted units, a drop pod and stalkers.
Inspired from Iron Warriors extensive usage of "Flesh" in almost every book I've read on them, and especially Siege of Castellex which has moved me to create a list with just a few Power Armoured Warriors leading some elite humans, better geared, or augmented with implants, riding into battle in transportation (Still just flesh in the eyes of the Iron Warriors)

"Everything works better in Threes"

What, like Heldrakes? Wraithknights? Riptides?
WHilst it doesn't bother me, you may want to bear in mind that people get crucified on here for spamming Units.
Good luck with your List though.

Iron Warriors should use Imperial Fists Chapter Tactics, surely? They're siege masters.

Crucified for spamming units.... If 3 is considered spam I am sorry, but really what military formation at any point in history, or in the 40k universe doesn't have multiple of similar units/squads/regiments etc etc, this would be especially true in the consideration of this list, the aspect of the list which is actual Iron Warriors is a single unique unit, but where I would be using expendable flesh there is multiple units all identical because they are unimportant in the eyes of the warsmith, just a means to an end.

None of the units being spammed are especially powerful from my point of view, acolytes with storm bolters or scouts with shot guns on the infantry side, and stalkers, typhoons, storms and heavy bolter razor backs on the vehicle side.... all are actually quite weak, but work well to present an mechanized column.

From a tactical point of view (In the bluntest terms its what I consider common sense) I have done this so that no aspect of the force could be crippled with just one stray lascannon etc, want to hurt my forward objective grabbing power, you have to take out 3 land speeder storms, same thing if you are running flyers, 3 stalkers are harder to remove than 1 before your precious heldrakes fly onto the board. It is also done to decrease the chance of the target of my weapons being able to avoid them, for example hiding from 1 typhoon launcher with a ravager is doable, hiding from 3 with different positions becomes allot harder.

But now I'm just ranting sorry, and I am sorry if anyone is upset with the list because I am using multiple of the same units.

But more on subject, is there any major issues you can see with the list. I want it to be competitive against all comers. It probably wont ever be a tournament list, but I would like to be able to walk into any club and vs any list/opponent and at least have a chance of victory.

I know it is currently very susceptible to AV 14, with my only options to deal with AV 14 being the multi melta's on the land speeder typhoons and the melta bombs on the scout sergeants, not exactly the ideal units to tackle land raiders and monoliths.
I cant see of a viable way to change this tho, I could change the typhoons to duel multi meltas but I loose allot of early ranged fire power and it really forces the speeders into risky positions. The other option is upgrading the storms heavy flamers to multi meltas, but again, it forces the storms to be sub par at 2 roles, a Cerberus Launcher isn't the best anti infantry weapon , but couple with the heavy flamer they can really start to threaten other light infantry units, while a bs 3 multi melta isn't something I would want to be relying on. Another option could be to reduce the Acolyte squads down the 3 men with 2 melta guns, but they are then forcing a light gun boat transport to be moving up the field aggressively.
I guess my best solution which I can see would be to change the scout veteran sergeants to have combi melta's instead of lightning claws, but this removes the units only chance of preforming admirably in close combat.

Are there many more problems/solutions I have not considered? All feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Iron Warriors should use Imperial Fists Chapter Tactics, surely? They're siege masters.

Whilst this true, Iron Warriors are very different to Imperial Fists, sure they are undoubtedly the masters of tearing down fortresses, through superb saps, relentless and perfect trench expansions with the best siege weapons in optimal positions, along with uncannily accurate orbital bombardments, they are things Iron Warriors are best known for. But they are exactly what there name states, Iron Warriors, they are tough unrelenting warriors before anything else, they just got given all the siege warfare jobs during the crusade, so this list is trying to represent a portion of a Grand Company that is now doing what they prefer, vicious bloody war where they get to prove just how deadly the Sons of Perturabo are.

But why I chose Iron Hands over Imperial Fists (Fluff wise) is because Iron Warriors are very well known to often replace mutation with bionics. They see there genetically altered bodies as perfect already, and nothing can be trusted more than it. Also because from when I started my Iron Warriors 10 years or so ago, I have allot of techmarine models and finally from a tactical perspective, It was done because this list would gain absolutely nothing from Imperial Fists chapter tactics, next to no bolters (If I'm worried about my honour guard missing then I'm not using them right), and no devastators, whilst 6+ feel no pain is not amazing it is something, and It Will Not Die will be great in the mechanized column and also make that Warsmith that much more durable.
