Would this be legel and viable? 1495/1500pts list

1 Bloodthirster with Exalted Reward 280 pts
3 Daemon Prince of Khorne with wings 600 pts
2 units of 20 bloodletters both with bloodreaper's and those having 2 lesser gifts each 450pts
1 Herald of Khorne with 1 lesser gift with Blood Throne of Khorne with locus of Wrath 165pts

Yes, that is a legal list. As the Herald and Bloodreapers don't add much to the army, I would consider replacing them with more Bloodletters or even some Flesh Hounds. You have 615 points invested there... why not go for 4 units of 15 Bloodletters instead? As they are really fragile you want to have plenty of them.

herald dont add much?? did you check what the bloodthrone does it gives the heralds locu a AOE effect so you can give the daemon prince or bloodthirster wrath locus if there within 6" but yeh i understand the bloodreapers sure flesh hounds would be nice and yeh i think 4x15 might be a more suited number

Out of the two, Bloodreapers are more important. You need them in case you roll that stupid Warpstorm result that kills one of your characters. Without lots of squad leaders, you're likely to lose your Bloodthirster to it.

thats what i was thinking when i addid the bloodreapers :D
