Really clean painting... but might I add one observation? The skin tone looks a tad red/ orange. It could be the light of course but if not it may be worth while adding a lighter flesh highlight :)

Counter point to Dimitrios I really like the red skin, Salamanders have extremely black skin pigmentation, why not your Marines being very red skinned? A genetic mutation to cope with the harsh environment of their homeworld? Regardless the red stands out particularly well against the grey, toning it down may make the faces less, well, in your face ;)

Hey guys. You're both right in a way. The lighting is just a tad red, but so is the paint job. Combined it pushes the effect too far. It wasn't for fluff reasons: I was trying to make the Termies look sweaty. Anyway, they do still need all of the work I mentioned. Thanks for the suggestions.
