What colour will work for my Platoon Standard?

Ok I got a problem. I have a Tournament on Saturday and Sunday. I want to have a my whole army painted. I need to get my Marra Platoons standard Bearer Finished. With the banner I am about to start the main colour in replace of the Regal Blue is Iyaden Darksun. Now what other colours do you think I should use for the trim and such?

Here's my "I teach color theory" answer:

Since the colors you have already are a turquoise-blue and a navy-blue, your best bet is to use the complementary (opposite on the color wheel) color, which is a red-orange. What I would do is paint your trim and rope with scab red, then pick out the details with a 50/50 mix of blood red and fiery orange. Your metal, if any, should be a fairly orange-ish brass rather than gold.

Sorry I don't think I went into enough detail in my first post. Each of my Platoons has a colour which I put on said platoons right shoulder pad. I have a Blue Platoon, a Red Platoon and a Green Platoon. Each one of them has the main colour in the center and a brighter version of that colour as the trim. And not all of them have the rope from the top down.
