CSM Black Legion, Thousand Sons, & Army Builder

Does a Tzeentch Sorceror as the Warlord in a Black Legion army move Thousand Sons to the Troops category? I thought that he did, but Army Builder's Black Legion files do not make the change.

There doesn't seem to be anything to indicate that you can't. The Black Legion special rules are "additions" to the info presented in Codex: Chaos Space Marines rather than a replacement per this:


"A Black Legion army is chosen using the army list presented in Codex: Chaos Space Marines. It also has a series of supplemental rules (presented below) that can be used in addition to the material found in Codex: Chaos Space Marines. Note that you can only use the options from one codex supplement when choosing a detachment."
