The Night Raptors are a caste apart from the Night Lords Legion – not so much a martial elite as a bloody coterie of murderers wedded together by similar proclivities and chosen styles of warfare. The Night Raptors are equipped with jump packs and an array of close combat weapon, all of which they use to bring unfettered savagery down upon the heads of their foes in a single overwhelming onslaught.

Designed by Steve Whitehead, the Night Raptors are a five man multi-part kit fitted out in customised Mk IV Maximus Armour that features many grisly trophies’ and are equipped with bolt pistols and a variety of close combat weapons including a Nostraman chainglaive.

That blue is a bit light for what I imagine nightlords should be, unless its the flash.
Very cool looking models though.

I wanted to love these.....I only like them a bit.
They look a little spindly to me. I guess they are flying guys so need to look lite.

I'm 50/50 on the arm sleeves.

On one hand, they suit them and are suitably gruesome.

On the other, they just look a bit nurglesque, and it's hard to tell from the paintjob what the sculpt is like.

Absolutely love them! Ordered some, and I'm a Sons of Horus player. Hope to either use them to convert up a Reaver squad (heavily admittedly) or simply start an ally contingent.

do they have corals on their heads or what is that... oh dear... combined with those weird "not-quite-a-skull-but-not-quite-something-else" helmets, I don't like them at all, sad to say... rest of the models is nice and all, but those heads just kill them for me...

I was hoping FW would distance itself away from so much of the winged helmet motif...oh well. Here's hoping the next unit for the Night Lords doesn't have so much wing.

The head-wings are less "because they're Night Lords" imo, as somebody handed them a Warp Talon and said "rewind this about 10k".

Look like a 40k version of Skeletor from He-Man to me, I'm not keen.
