Another Hydra question

Before I finish building my scratchbuilt hydra I've got a question (that isn't about the main guns)
and I know this is going to come up the first time I use it...

Does the auto-target system (as defined in C:IG work for all weapons systems on the Hydra, like the Heavy Bolter and any add-ons like HK missles and heavy stubbers? Or is it only for the Hydra AA guns?

All weapons. So pintle-mounted weapons, hunter-killer missiles, etc. would still be counted.

Yeah I'm not sure if its in the official FAQ but I know they ruled it that way in the BoLScon FAQ.
