Warhammer rule book ebook

I've heard that GW are releasing the BRB as an ebook sometime in December and was wondering if anyone has seen a confirmation or date of release?

No. WD unhelpfully doesn't say. I'd guess 7th Dec with all the other releases, but if have no idea.

Also, I don't think it is the BRB, just the rules only.

Well the pre order is now up but I can only find one for iBooks for now. Hopefully there is an eBook version somewhere

The fact that this is only an eBook tends to lend weight to the new edition this year rumours...

itunes lists a standard interactive rulebook out on the 20th of December so I don't think this can be read either for or against 9th edition in 2014.
