more likley than not cypher or some kind of marine. if you look at the bolt pistol it says "Custoi Mortis" first word couldnt make out so well but thats what it looks like to me, and it is a marine hand holding it. First flash looks like a statue holding a sword which is a pretty common imperial theme, though it id hooded.
now what would be amazing is if they brought back a character thought to be dead for a long time or something.

custoi mortis - it doesn't translate directly very well, but sounds like a bar$tedised "Death Guard"?

I'd love to see Cypher. My pile of DA bits & pieces would be removed from sale.

I can only think that it is a dark angel... And cypher is the only possible one that comes to mind.
