Very nice painting and weathering there but you seem to have missed a couple areas. You have some great OSL on the headlights, but the searchlight is undone and the marine sticking out of the hatch could use some colour contrast, such as shoulder rims and that cog symbol on the shoulder pad painted differently. The missile launcher could use a bit of extra colour too, especially the missile itself.
