Tau Tetras

Does anyone know when/where Tau Tetra speeder's high intensity marker light went from BS 4 to BS3, and from heavy 4, to heavy 2 TL?

Ok, thank you. Liked the other rules better. BS4 with heavy 4 was pretty sweet. Nerfed again.
