1999 Chaos Daemons with C:CSM FMC spam

I've ran this list a few times now and really enjoy playing it so far. I am just a little unsure on how to run the mastery levels on my princes. I feel like the mastery levels are better spent on the CD princes then the C:CSM prince because of the crappy codex powers.
