Unique Wall of Death question

Wall of Death states that a template weapon gets D3 hits on a charging unit, what if unit being charged is a Furioso Dread with a 2 shot template weapon in the Frag Cannon. 2 D3? The Frag cannon is the only weapon I can think of that this would apply,but I am a BA player and frag Cannons rule.

2 D3 is the common interpretation as it is 2 templates.
