Finally starting to paint up my Eldar, here is the list I'm aiming towards, hoping to be TAC without spamming. C&C is much appreciated.

If this is a purely casual list then being over by one point is fine. If you are playing this in an event then you need to shave that extra point off somehow, FYI.

I like the list. I wouldn't say it's "competitive", but it can certainly hold it's own. I would take the Rangers in two units of 5, allowing you to take more objectives. One unit of 10 would make First Blood for your opponent more difficult, but as Rangers are pretty resilient in cover I would not worry about that.

I would drop the Swooping Hawk Exarch in favor of more Spiders. They really benefit from 7-8 man units.
