They joy of spending!

Evening all.

So, done my sums, planned my budget. And having finally defused the remains of the Bill bomb that was visited upon me back in June, it looks like I may have around £150 to spend on some toys!

Which has left me rather spoiled for choice. Do I refresh my Dark Elves, bulk up my Ogres, indulge my passion for monsters, or perhaps lay the foundation of an entirely new army?

Help me Bolsy Wan Kenobi, you're my only hope.

I always spend extra money on those things that are daunting prospects for my regular budget, but easier to swallow with bonus money I wasn't counting on - in other words, either monsters, super expensive kits, or new armies.

Quite like the look of the Empire Griffon. Nice and big! Also tempted by a Phoenix, a Slaughterbrute, and perhaps a Carnosaur.

Really do love my big kits, and the recent generation are simply stunning in scale, detail and sheer execution! Lots of extra bits are fun!

Oh, Kirsten, whilst I remember, I still have those Seaguard I meant to send you months ago! Do you want the Phoenix Bloke bits from the Phoenix chucked in?

I have to say that Throgg is one of the most awesome figures in the GW lineup :-)

Get Throgg and use him as a start for a WoC monstrous infantry army! Best of both worlds right there. :D

EG, I'm starting to think Witch Elves are your version of shoes! I am tempted by them, but they'll have to wait until around March, when I'll be able to drop £300+ a month.

Throgg is looking very tempting! Plus, he has a Great Weapon. And copious vomit. And to my mind there is nothing funnier than Trolls spewing up on High Elves. Not only does it dissolve their girly little heads, but it messes up their hair, which they hate!
