I would rate it 6/10. The Terminators and Vanguard Vets seem a little out of place. They are not resilient enough to be used as the primary offensive units of the army and too expensive to be used for diversion or disruption. 550 points is quite a bit for 10 models.

I like the Dreadnoughts. They make a solid firebase.

I think the list would be better if 100% of your units able to do so could deep strike. But now that half your army must be deployed, DoA lists aren't as good as they once were.

I may be reading your list wrong, then. Isn't your Vanguard Veteran squad 350 points for 5 models and your Terminator Squad 200 points for 5 models? Together that's 550 points for 10 models.
