Curiousity because I can't find a rule that says otherwise; please direct me if you know the rule.

Burnas are ap3 power weapons in close combat.
Can a Combi-Burna be a one round close combat AP3 power weapon similar to a Rough Riders Hunting lance?

No, it's not a combi-burna but combi-skorcha. So heavy flamer vs. regular flamer, but doesn't have the CC rule.
