First things first, this list includes Forge World models.
Where I play, nobody, but nobody, has a problem either playing with Forge World models or against them so please bear that in mind.
Now for the List...
HQ
---
1 x Spiritseer (goes in Wraithguard Wave Serpent)
Troops
-------
5 x Wraithguard with Wraithcannons
Wave Serpent (Twin Linked Scatter Lasers - Shuriken Cannon - Holo-Fields)
4 x Windrider Jetbike Squad (1 x Shuriken Cannon)
10 x Dire Avengers
Wave Serpent (Twin Linked Scatter Lasers - Shuriken Cannon - Holo-Fields)
6 x Rangers
Fast Attack
------------
1 x Nightwing Interceptor
3 x Vyper Jetbikes Squadron (3 x Scatter Laser/Shuriken Cannon)
3 x Hornets Squadron (2 x Double Pulse Lasers; 1 x Scatter Laser/Pulse Laser)
Heavy Support
-----------------
3 x War Walkers Squadron (3 x Double Scatter Lasers)
1 x Phoenix Bomber (Nightfire Missile Launcher)
I played this list last night against a Chaos Nurgle List.
(I did not know in advance who or what I would be playing against)
Mission was The Scouring
Deployment Map was Hammer and Anvil.
Started with both planes (naturally) in Reserve, along with the Vypers, Hornets and War Walkers.
Phoenix came in on Turn 2.
Vypers, Hornets and War Walkers came on Outflanking on Turn 3.
The Nightwing also arrived on Turn 3.
It ended up a breeze.
Game finished at the end of Turn Six.
I had 5/6 Objectives Controlled and was denying the sixth.
Linebreaker.
Slay the Warlord.
First Blood (Fast Attack too!)
Pretty happy with that list. Shame I never run the same list two games running.

What's the, uhh, points representation on 3 of those Hornets with Pulse Lasers? Somewhere in the 240 . . . dollar . . range?
My overall feeling is that the list is very solid. I love the disparate and mutually supporting troops choices. Even if the Wraithguard lose their WS they are hard to kill, DAs are a cheap WS scoring unit, Bikes are just plain great at spoiling or grabbing a late objective, and Rangers camp all day long. I can't comment much on the FW items as I don't have updated rules for them yet.
How did you capture 5 objectives with 4 scoring units?

The Scouring allows Fast Attack to become scoring.

wraithguard hard to kill... ... not really they resist st4 weapons admirably... but without a built in iv save or a terminator style 2+ st 5/6 take them down and st 8 annihilate them...
and DE just take the p155..
bring back a built in warlock with auto-conceal !..

You're right, the limited number of antitank weapons an army has do a good job of killing Wraithguard . . . when they aren't shooting tanks. And DE reduce Wraithguard to being Space Marines. Well, Space Marines that are Fearless and have a S10 AP2 weapon. And every army is loaded with Dark Eldar running around with antitank weapons.
Every unit has a counter. Don't not use a unit because there is a counter to it. Wraithguard are hard to kill.

Not sure why'd ask for feedback on a list you aren't going to use again, but overall it looks good. One note though, unless I'm forgetting something about The Scouring, Vypers can't Outflank. It does seem a bit light on scoring bodies, especially if so much of your army is going to stay in reserves. An army with any real ranged firepower (i.e. not Nurgle) could probably do a number on your small force that actually deploys. Otherwise though your unit choices all seem solid. Though on the Hornets, why add the one scatter laser on one guy? For the same points, if you're going vehicle hunting, a second pulse laser does more for you in terms of extra hits with S8 AP2, and will be a lot better suited to purpose.

Ummm its balanced not like your whole army is wraithguard. I personally hate wraith guard, glad conceal and fortune are no longer automatic on them. They were a good unit when they was t5 and now t6 makes most weapons hurt them on 6s.
A spirtseer is rather good with them which for example can give the unit a two plus saves.

Wraithguard have always been T6.

Wraithguard have always been T6.
My 2nd print Eldar Book from 2001 pg. 11 says toughness 5. However they were toughness 6 in the last codex. Sadly I rarely seen them in 4.5 and 5th so I forgot they raised the toughness of the models last edition.
Oh and they wasn't always T6.

Fine, consider my criticism adjusted accordingly: Your comment is seven years and two rulesets out of date, and irrelevant. And honestly if you have such a major problem with Wraithguard because you think they're too good, you haven't played against the much.

love my wraith army to bitz... and they very often win locally v csm/marines/necron/nidz... but they just hate DE poison / 8/2 gunships... having one unit in a decent size army as a 'nasty suprise' can work nicely... but a whole army is generally too small against gunlines like tau, DE or other eldar... my SPIDAR [maxed out Warp Spiderz] take down Wraith style armies like crazy...
relying on Spiritseers or 'random' Farseer powers makes it a bit of a lottery ... not saying it isnt fun, and yes we can all roll it ... but v. expensive army to field if you are starting from scratch...
ive gone 6/6 Wraithguard in ships //10 axe on foot+FS + Baron // 5 scythe+SS in ship // 3 wraithlord
would like to try wraithknights out but need to rob a bank first !

Agreed, full Wraith army is not for beginners.

I fielded an all Wraith list in a tourney a few weeks back, and did ok, won against grey knights and lost to Orks, but that was because I had some horrible rolls with my armor saves on my Wraithblades and one of my Knights at the end.
The all Wraith lists can be a lot of fun and the look on people's faces when you pull out 3 Wraithknights is hilarious.

can understand why wraithguard with mucking big guns are speed handicapped, but think wraith constructs with two swords or a whopping axe should have been given 'fleet' ...

Eldar are clearly capable making fast, graceful, gigantic war machines, the sticking point on Wraith units is more the whole not being alive thing.
