Ok, so this is a Kickstarter (http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/524168246/shadowsea-conquest-of-the-underlands) I found out about through the comments on Wrath of Kings. They seem to have successfully funded Deep Wars already, but are bringing it back with Shadow Sea as two games that can be played using the same models in the same campaign.
I think there are some really nice models in here, some of which designed by Patrick Keith, who successfully funded his 'Bombshell Babes' KS last year. I really like some of the submerged models for the 'Dark Mariners' faction:

And here are some examples of the 'Scaly Horde':

Also it wouldn't be right not to show some of the Shadow Sea models, so here are some previews from the Axibalán Empire:

As for the rules it sounds like Shadow Sea is a game set inside underwater caves, while Deep Wars is all undersea battles, so that the two can be played in the same campaign. I actually thought if anyone did go in for it, it would be pretty cool to have the two going concurrently, with models submerging into and emerging from the water as reinforcements to and from whichever game, playing turns in each alternately.
So, what do you guys think?
