Hey all. Here are some nid conversions I have been working on.

For some more details on the conversions themselves:
The Swarmlord body is an OOP hive tyrant. I custom made the helm using pieces of chitin and armor and greenstuffed some designs.
The Prime is an OOP warrior with a genestealer head. For the sword, I had to cut the arm in half and reverse the blades on 2 scytalons to get the angle right.I then shaved them so they run real close together. The armor on the back of the sword arm is made of individual pieces of chiten. The shield/back is some extra carni armor.
The Parasite of Mortrex body is a warrior body attached w/ scything talons, rending claws, and an unused carnifex tail weapon for his helmet. Base is magnetized.
The Leaper is an OOP warrior who's body is upside down, then layed flat for the hunched over look. The helmet/horns are made of spare chitin. I greenstuffed the tendrils and eyes.
The CCTervigon, I'm not really sure how he got started/finished. The legs are an OOP screamer-killer fex attached to the body which lies upside down. The figure itself is a lizard man from WHF, I think. The rest is made of leftover nid bits. I need to greenstuff the gaps, prime, and paint this sucker.
