I'm not sure I buy that as a genuine trailer.

Its only recycled footage from Avengers 1.

Its not available on the official Marvel youtube channel

It claims to be from SDCC....yet it took 2 months to upload it?

Nope it's official, confirmed by people at SDCC. It's somewhat crappy 'cos it's not an official release.
