sitting at 1988 pts atm this is what im going to use as my starting base for my salamanders army.
Vulkan
Librarian w/ bike and master lv2
Command Squad w/ Bikes, 2 meltaguns, Apoth
Ironclad w/ HF/HF assault launchers in a droppod
Tactical
Flamer, C-Flamer, Vet
Tactical
Flamer, C-Flamer, Vet
Tactical
Meltagun, C-Melta, Vet, Droppod
Stormtalon w/Skyhammer
Landspeeder x2 both have Typhoon missiles
Assault squad (9guys) Flamer x2, Vet w/power weapon, Rhino
Stalker
Predator w/lascannon sponsons, TL Lascannon turret.
Thunderfire cannon.
the plan is for 2 flamer squads to hold objectives with the 3 heavys supporting them. the bikes/assault squad heading forward with the speeders/talon supporting them. the ironclad 1st turn with the tactical coming on later for usual objective grabing tactics.
i have also been considering swapping vulkan for another Ironclad or something else. questions comments.
