Tau Target Lock question

Do Tau Target Locks work like the split fire special rule (i.e. completely resolve that single guy's shooting before choosing a target for the rest of the unit), or do you have to choose all the targets for the separate attacks at the same time? Can a Crisis team have a guy with a fusion gun blow up a transport with his target lock and then the other guys shoot at the unit that was inside?

What about a unit with multiple target locks? Do you declare one "main target" for the unit, and then every model with a target lock is free to shoot at any other unit in range? Do all the target lock guys have to fire at the same other unit? all have to fire at different units?

It's not split fire. It is all simultaneous, I believe.

I think it's pretty clear that that's not how split fire works (http://www.lounge.belloflostsouls.net/showthread.php?29630-Using-Split-fire-to-destroy-vehicle-then-disembarked-unit), but yes, Target Lock shooting is all simultaneous, since nothing in the wording of Target Lock suggests that the order of the shooting attack resolution is altered.
