Imperial Fists chapter Tactics?

Does the Imperial Fist Chapter tactics give Devs and Cents Tank hunter in general, or only against buildings? I think they attended only to Buildings, but they way it was worded left me wondering. I think left out a comma

Tank Hunters in general, but +1 on the damage table only to buildings.
