Right now i think the CSM supported list might be a better move just due to the fact i get more fire power and it lets me deal with the local grey knight players...........

I like list one since it seems more charac aterful, looks better on the field and more themed, well more respectable looking list. I would say more seekers would be nice, a mounted herald would be a nice add on unit with them since they can get in combat rather quickly.

I think your thirster should have a lesser choice, more ranged options and +1 attack mainly. Also one exaulted re ward for +3 invulnerable saves for a unit does go a long way, would really help the seekers.

I think the second list is better, but the first one is very assaulty. This list gives you the chance to take out troublesome units that would shoot up your army and more buffs.

I think you should atleast give your models mark of slaanech on the second one. Like I said earlier the second one have more bite and it can cover your assault units.

All those marks do add up. Would be a good thyme to do, but function is still good. Would be silly to mark most of you chaos models slanech, CSM I mean.
