My regular gaming partner claims that all Sentinels are open topped, and is using this entry from the GW website to back his argument:

Armored Sentinel Squadron

WS BS S I A Front Armour Side Armour Rear Armour

Type: Vehicle (walker, open topped)
Wargear: Multi-laser; Extra Armour
The Codex however (In both entries) states that the Scout is open topped and the Armored is not.

I have checked the errata and there is no correction. So I assume the Codex is correct and the website is a mistake?

Hard to even answer this question because its ridiculous.

Its not opened topped.

Last time I checked, you are playing your army using a codex, and not a website, right? ;)
