I have a question on where to find rules on two thing please. First official rules for Contemptor Dreads, and second. Where if anywhere are rules for the Minotaur Chapter.

Just be aware that all Forge World Experimental Rules become null and void when the Official Rules are brought out in print.
Which, as indicated above, has already happened with the Contemptor.

Just mentioning it in case you try using that Download.
