Yeah. In the story, his bits just grow and shrink depending on his needs. How do you think he eats 1d6 investigators every round, with his head all the way up there and the investigators all the way down there? The tentacles just grow!

I'm not so sure. Most of the sculpt is awesome, but that belly looks looks more Milne than Lovecraft. It looks like Winnie the Pooh just ate a swimming pool of honey. You can even see the stitches coming apart.
