New Epic 40,000 Multi Part Space Marines!

was browsing thru the web and came across this picture of a never-seen-before Space marines figure. it say Epic 40,000 Multipart Space marine, and the URL indicates its from Forgeworld...might this be the new (gasp!) Epic 40,000 marines sculpt? anyone knows more about this? Is forgeworld going to release new Epic figures??

Unfortunately there's nothing new about them: Forgeworld made them as a prototype some years back, but they were never released. A few people in the community were given them, and I think they were also given out as competition prizes, but you'll never be able to buy them from Forgeworld.

Yeah they were/are pretty awesome.

I'm lucky enough to have probably the biggest collection of them around... which makes me happy.:)

I guess the only "good" news to come from FW lately concerning Epic was the line in the FW email-before-last that specifically said they were hoping to get their Epic line back in stock "soon". I have to admit that made me happy...and eased a little anxiety, too.
