help with 1850 pt competive necron list

What do u Guys think of this necron list as far as tournament play. As well as just overall effectiveness.

HQ:
Vangard Obyron

Overlord with mindshackle scarabs and res orb
royal court with harbinger of despair and veil of darkness

Troops:

2x ten man immortal squads

1x eight man immortal squad night scythe

1x ten man warriors squad with nightscythe

fast attack :

6 man wraith squad with 4 whip coils

6 man wraith squad with 3 coils

Heavy :

2x annihilation barges

open to suggestions vangard will go with one of the transport less immortals and the crptek with the other so they can port and shoot all day

I like the doomsday ark my self as it's op if you can keep it safe

Doomsday arks are only good if a) you opponent is bad b) doesn't know what they do c) rolls like doody and doesn't kill/stun/weapon destroy it d) you seize.

i really like the lychguard models but think the wraiths are prolly a better investment

definitely - that's a difference between "pretty crappy" and "pretty awesome"... why not try a DesLord to join one of the squads and soak wounds with his T6/2+?
how did you plan to outfit your Immortals btw?
