OK gurus of the rules saw this on a FB tread was wondering what your thoughts are?

Has anyone else noticed that the dreadnaught missle launcher can fire flakk missles as the profile for the weapon in the back of the book lists all three options for missiles, and the dreadnought does not list which missiles it may fire

Nevermind the tread found out it is in the rulebook that missile launchers only have frag and krak as standard and other missiles are upgrades

Yeah, it's a rather awkward system for missile profiles. It's even worse in the Eldar book, where for instance, a Dark Reaper Exarch can take three kinds of missile launcher, two of which have overlapping profiles and optional upgrades to purchase.

There is an FAQ response that deals with this. Basically if a model is to take Flakk missiles then it must be mentioned as an upgrade option in their army listing in the Codex.
