Chapterhouse DID do one that was quite good. Unfortunately that was one of the one's that they lost in the court case.

To be honest, if you compare that picture to the Spiritseer model, there's little physical difference outside the head and spear.
Which is probably why they simply slapped a wych head onto a spiritseer's body to represent her.
