Hi everyone,
My name is Cig Neutron and I'm a sculptor and painter. To start sculpting the Miniatures, I created an armature with floral wire. Then I start adding epoxy, for this I prefer magic sculpt. I build up in layers, first roughing out the forms of the body. I let that cure, which gives me a nice generic body form to sculpt on. I then go in and add details like clothes, hair, etc. letting each new detail cure, so I don't accidentally mess up the sculpt as I'm working on another part. Once the sculpting is done, it's time to paint. I prime the sculpts with grey primer. After that, I build up my colors using acrylics, occasionally doing a dark wash here and there to pick up the detail. I prefer the brand Createx. The paints are made to be run through an airbrush, so they are nice and fluid. Once the basic painting is done, I do a little dry brush to highlight certain areas then seal the piece with a matte medium.

Several weeks ago, I started working on a new game called The Amityville Project: Phobos: http://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/130583/the-amityville-project-phobos
The game is moving at 1960's in the Amityville City and it's about a very strange experiment created by the Syndicate, a dark organization. Phobos is the first part of this world and will be launched on Kickstarter on September 1! The main character of this project is the Detective Ed Sullivan who tries to solve the Syndicate mystery and uncover their dark plans. A device capable of reforming the people mind's turning them onto lab pets is the beginning of this mystery. Will the Detective be able to trap Syndicate? Well we all have to wait and see what will happen. Phobos is an Interactive, Horror, Competitive, Miniature Game for 2-4 players! You can try out the print n play Version of the game here http://magecompany.com/pnp.html. As I know the folks from MAGE Company have prepared a lot of promo horror Miniatures and several variants..I guess this game will be just great at the end.

Also the 2nd part of this project is now available and you can download it: The Amityville Project: Lethargos. http://magecompany.com/pnp.html. Lethargos is the sequel of Phobos and is a totally new game with new Minis, a co-operative horror Miniature game for 3-6 players. The last part of this project is called Erevos and is about the final battle in a dark city.. I have to wait until the campaign is launched and see of the MAGE folks reveal more info on that. As far as I know they will also prepare a nice comic if the stretch goal allow it. Back to my work. Here are the ghosts which are included in Phobos!

The Spider Ghost. The spider ghost is the mutation of one of the Phobos Characters: Bobby Coop Jr. a little kid.., murdered by the members of Syndicate and this ghost now lives inside the detective's head..Ed Sullivan.. Check out the story on Board Game Geek, there is a description.
