Banners in the Fortress of Redepmtion

I am working on a 2250 DA double foc list. I was wondering where do you measure a banner from if the banner is in on of the 4 bunker sections?

Same as a vehicle, I expect - if the banner is embarked in one of the sections, measure from the edges of that section. If it's on the battlements, measure from the model itself.
