its really nice, there are a bunch of tiny scarabs swarming over the inside edges of the vault. the detail it really amazing.

even the wheelchair looks fantastic.

FINALLY loaded.

It was worth the wait.Man, that is by far the coolest necron vehicle and pretty much the sort of large model I wanted for them to have, so that's awesome. I love the robotic octopuss holding the C'tan in place, seems this kit brings back the "Cyber lovecraft" feel again. I love that we also get 2 new units AND a plastic C'tan. Nicely done GW.

I didn't purchase a thing, but not due to the website issues or pricing; simply because I'm starting my PhD and have limited time to paint. Still, I am very happy with the releases. The Tesseract Vault/Obelisk looks outstanding.

agreed, the scope of it also brings it to the point where it looks almost on par with some of the games-day displays of the past. In between the recent chapterhouse case though and the rise of companies also doing terrain boards im perhaps excited to see how third party companies run with this

That bundle deal may only be US$1,617.00, but it about AU$2,200.00, about 2 weeks pay for most income earners (before tax).

To be honest, I have enough scenery collect over the years to make a half decent Apoc table, and with 2 tennis tables, I could play a game fairly easily. I can not see how it is worth AU$2,200.00. I would never use it. I also can not afford the new Khorne Lord of Battle wanna-be miniature. It has very poor stats, cost 888 points to field on the table, and is way too expensive at AU$170.00. The BaneBlade at AU$160.00 is again way to costly, I remember thinking they were too expensive a few years ago costing AU$ 120.00.

Thankfully, all I will need from the whole new range is the new Templates, and the rule book.

Desperately trying to order a Gamers' Edition when the website crashes constantly while also playing a tournament. So much fun. Hence why I had to laugh at the poor sod that did it! In any case, got the Gamers' Edition pre-ordered for my buddy and myself, so happy going indeed.

Unless they release a real codex, I don't expect to see any support for Sisters. Black Templars still have hope for a Codex Supplement, but it seems that the Sisters time has passed.

If by passed you mean 'waiting for a proper book', then yes. Black Templar are just another chapter, they have less justification for a whole codex than the militant wing of the largest institution of the IoM and one that has had it's own codex since 2nd edition.
