Fluff is ok in my book, but what i need from the codex/supplement is some new tricks. Does the supplement provide? How do they match with the original codex? Can i use stuff from the codex and some stuff from the supplement?

What i have gathered from the posts is

- Warlord Traits are better than the codex ones (not really a shocker)
- Fluff is great
- Wraithknight as Warlord is a fun thing

Cīmon people, should i let GW take my monies?

The supplement is 2 pages of rules on top of what you get in the codex. That's it. Now those rules let you run up to 5 spiritseers per hq slot while replacing their runes of battle primaris power with one that grants furious charge and battle focus to wraith units. The special equipment is all arguably better than what's on offer in the base dex too. Everything else you've already mentioned.
So in short - probably not worth sticking your hand in your pocket, unless you intend to run a wraith heavy army, whereupon its liable to prove to be too handy to ignore.

Thanks, me thinks i gotta browse the hardcopy in a GW store when i venture there next time...not planning to make a Wraith heavy army, basic codex has SO many possibilities to try. Havenīt even had a chance to try the new Reapers, Dragons, Vypers, Fliers...list goes on....
