Anyone know a good tutorial for making a photo box?

Actually, I'm not even sure what they're called but the semi-professional photo-boxes. There is one from micro-mark here http://www.micromark.com/photo-studio-in-a-box,9552.html but i don't feel like spending the hundred bucks it costs...

Any advice would be much appreciated.

all you need next is 2-3 desktop lamps, and a competent camera :) maybe a competent camera user depending on your skill level.... thankfully my other half dabbles in photography
