Been working slowly on this project since September. Using the scale chart here

I have worked to create a lightweight 36" Mars Pattern Emperor Titan. Its my largest project to date. The Warlord is 22 inches. An Imperial Fist Space Marine is placed on top for scale.

Used card templates to add windows to the legs and inside the shoulders. Probably going to add some more to the back and the towers.
