Wow....great stuff.

Anyone else notice that Orlando Bloom seems to be playing two different characters? That or there is another actor they have in there that looks and sounds almost exactly like him....

Nah, Orlando Bloom is actually playing two characters, both Legolas and Bard the Bowman. They look entirely separate and sound different so it won't be *too* obvious.

No, Luke Evans (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1812656/) is playing Bard. Though he does share some resemblance to OB.

It's the ears, well known phenomenon. A couple of the actresses who played female vulcans remarked on how when they kept the ears on to save makeup time it had a very arousing effect on the male cast and cew.
