Points for veteran-upgrades

When you play several games in a row, you can nominate certain squads or vehices that is still alive and have done well, to gain some abilities. Then you roll on a chart to see what abilities they gain.
That chart is to be found in the rule book, but there are no pointcost stated.
Where can i find the pointcost for the upgrades?

There are no point costs associated with Veteran Unit abilities. They are earned through a campaign using a different system. It should be explained in the campaign rules, which my AoBR rulebook does not contain.
