Whose Haemonculi Coven Models in the BRB?

Does anyone know who owns/built the small haemonculi coven army in the hobby section of the 6th Ed BRB? I would give a page number, but I don't have my copy anymore. I just remember it was toward the end of the hobbying section in the second half of the book.
