No. But remember an earleir thread confirmed a vehicle counts as difficult terrain when wrecked, so even a nurgling can go through a landraider wreck ten times as high.

Furthermore, vehicle wrecks are also dangerous terrain. But as far as shooting them to get them out of the way... that's what dozer blades are for! :D
