Charging rules

Okay ill set the scene. there's a unit of Archers, and a unit charges them. They stand and shoot at that unit. Next, another unit charges the archers also, but they choose flee. When it comes to redirects, do both charging units get to redirect? Under the charge rules, it says to redirect after a unit chooses flee, but i cant find anything that says what happens to other units that have declared charges before the flee was announced.

The most recent rulebook FAQ says that both units can redirect their charges if there is another target in range and the controlling player can decide in which order to do so.

I thought if you chose to stand and shoot the rest of your reactions must be hold.

No you can still choose to flee as a reaction to a second charge, you are not allowed to make a second stand and shoot however
