Forge World's take on Alaitoc Eldar Color Scheme

Title is pretty self explanatory; just want to know if anyone has seen a guide or have ideas how I could paint my Eldar with that effect?

I've always done Alaitoc with a base coat of black, then stipple/sponge on layers of blues from darkest to lightest - I usually do Regal, then Mordian, then Enchanted, with edge lining picked out lightly with something like a Cygnar Blue Highlight.

Works like a charm and is quick to do.
