Hmm good point. Well from a hypothetical point of view then yeah I'd say it would work, but it would be kinda bulky, probably only see use on a Terminator or perhaps as an underslung weapon on a Dreadnought CC arm.

In-game there is no such thing as a combi-storm bolter.

On the plus side though, stormbolter with a combi-flamer placed so the flamer is under the bolter barrels would be cool. Flaming bolts!

I'm trying to picture what exactly a combi-storm bolter would be. Traditionally a combi-X is a single-shot X attached to a bolter (or shoota), except for the combi-bolter, in which the attachment is not single-shot but simply confers twin-linked on to the other bolter.

So when you say "combi-storm bolter," what exactly are you bolting on to what here?
A bolter with a single-shot storm bolter? Seems a bit naff.
A storm bolter with a single-shot X attachment? You actually could have that in-game on a Captain or Sergeant, if you swapped your weapons for a storm bolter and a combi-X and just didn't bother modelling the plain bolter. You wouldn't have anything left to swap for a close combat weapon, though.
A triple-barreled or possibly quad-barreled bolter? If you modeled up one of these on a chap with power fist you'd have yourself a fine counts-as Pedro Kantor.

A bit unrelated, but a player in my store uses the combi-bolter from a Chaos Rhino as a wrist-mounted storm bolter on one of his Sergeants. It looks rather silly to be honest.

More or less what he said...there are no combi-stormbolters so far as I'm aware, though I freely admit I may have missed something obscure.
