New Chapter Questions?

It finally happened. A conversation over in my tumblr gave me an idea for a Space Marine chapter to invent. I was wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of - or help me to brainstorm - a list of the questions I need to answer in order to outline a Space Marine chapter?

The old index astartes books or the Forge world Badab war books create a sort of template to describe a chapter.

They start with the Chapter Symbol and Name, then do Founding, Home world, Fortress Monastery, Gene-Seed and Known Descendants. They Then describe the chapters character and briefly outline their history.

The Deathwatch book "Rites of Battle" has a very detailed "create a chapter" section. Mostly for purposes of the RPG but can give lots of insight into how to create a chapter.
