US Parachute Infantry?

So I started a US parachute infantry company. 82nd Airborne, at this stage I am focused on the Turning Tide book and late war.
I am new-ish to Flames of War, but have been getting a few games in.

I am curious what tactics and army compositions people have used with this army. Also what is the standard tactics when going against a tank company with parachute infantry?

Bazookas and more bazookas! Dig in and let them come to you if at all possible. I like a little artillery and/or mortars to lay smoke, some air support to counter their air support and anti tank guns or a platoon of Sherman tanks for some ant-tank
