Hi! Long time lurker, first time poster.

This may seem like a stupid question, but the rules on the WGC website doesn't really answer it.

I frequently use FW IG Salamanders to represent the Chimera APC's used by my IG Command/Platoon Command squads. They have the same dimensions as a Chimera (except a 1/3 inch of height; I never use ADL, so the discrepancy is never really an issue) and I always make sure my opponent knows what they really are; they use a Chimera chasis, for those unaware. Weapons are completely the same as standard Chimeras.

My wife and I are moving to Texas a week before the event, and the army I am bringing needs to be ready to go before we move; all my other armies will be in boxes and getting them set for a major GT would be a bad idea this close to an event.

Is this an acceptable proxy?

Email us pictures of it next to a chimera and Jon Wolf and I will disuss. It shouldn't be a problem but we do allow forgeworld this year so it needs to be disussed.
