Double Daemon 40k Pairs Tournament Question

So I have a couple of questions about how running a dual Daemon list for the pairs tournament will work. For the Hellforged Artifacts, can you only have a specific item once (i.e. one grimoire) per team, or can each player have the same item? Will we roll once on the warpstorm chart and have the result affect both players? Thanks for any clarification.

Great question froud roks. YOu guys are two different armies in all purposes so you would have each set of artifacts. So you could have two of the same Hellforge artifact such as a two books or two portals..
